Joleen Lake, APRN
Owner/Founder
Joleen Lake, APRN has been a certified family nurse practitioner in Omaha, Nebraska since 2008. She began her nursing career in 1992 as a graduate of College of St. Mary. She completed her Bachelor of Science in nursing (cum laude) in 1994 from the College of St. Mary as well. Joleen has worked in a variety of nursing fields to include oncology, women’s health, medical aesthetics, and a college instructor. While teaching at Clarkson College she also earned her Master of Science in nursing degree in 2008. Joleen has a strong interest in bio-identical hormone replacement and has placed an emphasis on wellness and preventive medicine in her practice. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, Nebraska Nurse Practitioners, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.


Kris Ewoldt
Kris Ewoldt has been a licensed medical aesthetician since 2010. She graduated top of her class with multiple honors and awards. Kris focuses on the latest in anti-aging treatments such as IPL photo rejuvenation, micro needling, skin peels and also specializes in IPL hair removal, waxing and facials. Kris is very passionate about her job and it shows when her patients walk out with a smile and always compliment her services.


Pam Hartnett, DNP, APRN-BC
Pam Hartnett, DNP, APRN-BC is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Pam is licensed to practice in Nebraska. Pam began her nursing career as a registered nurse (RN) in 1986 and as an FNP in 2015. In her long career in nursing, Pam’s experience is varied and rich. Her hands-on experience encompasses Family Medicine, ICU, Dermatology, ENT, aesthetics and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). Pam offers her patients a meaningful array of value-added services starting with complimentary consultations for personalized BHRT and hypothyroid treatments, numerous aesthetic treatments and more. Pam’s seeks for her patients to optimize their quality of life while she cultivates lasting relationships through the quality and compassionate care she provides.


Lisa Schroeder
Receptionist
Lisa knows that all patients expect and deserve to be treated with respect and compassion. For the last 35 years, she has made healthcare her life. She graduated from U.N.O with a masters in Exercise Science before starting her career in cardiac rehabilitation and prevention as an exercise specialist. After raising her children, she worked as a receptionist in a few eye doctor’s offices before coming to Optima Medical. Now, Lisa is looking forward to getting to know Optima Medical’s patients and using her skills to provide them with the best possible care.
